Resumen: In this paper the effect of dweU time (that changes the frequency) and stress ratio on fatigue crack propagation is studied. So, 0.05, 0.5 and 0.8 stress ratios were considered and the frequency ranged from 0.0015 to 10Hz, in Incone! 718 at 600°C. Three regimes were observed, depending on dwell time: time dependent, cycle dependent and mixed. The increase in stress ratio produces an increase in fatigue crack propagation.
